Before starting with Coach Dani and ATP Nutrition and Wellness, I went through every extreme diet fad in order to lose my baby weight that I gained during my pregnancy. I have always had a negative body image issues and my appearance after giving birth to our 10lb baby. Prior to my pregnancy I was used to having a flat stomach and weighing 130lbs and maintaining that weight and image was easy. When I reached out to Coach Dani I was at my heaviest that I have ever been, which was 163lbs.
I started with ATP Nutrition and Wellness with the main goal to lose weight in order to boost my self-esteem and to feel stronger during my CrossFit workouts. Each week working with ATP Nutrition was amazing and I felt amazing. I noticed that my clothes started to feel looser and my attitude was changing. Although I haven't reached my goal body weight, yet, I started with ATP not wanting to lose any of the muscle that I have gained and Coach Dani helped me maintain while leaning out.
Over the course of 4 weeks I not only lost a lot of inches all around but I also learned that it isn't about the number on the scale. Coach Dani has helped me realize that nutrition is about how you feel and how your clothes feel and I feel AMAZING!
